What is Covered
We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that with the exceptions stated below, the furniture you have selected is free from manufacture defects in material and workmanship.
For all metal frames-
This limited warranty lasts for a period of THREE (3) years against structural failure in normal usage from the date of delivery of the furniture.
For finishes-
This limited finish warranty lasts for a period of THREE (3) years against finish peeling and cracking off the frame or general decoloring from the date of delivery of the furniture.
For all wicker materials and fabrics-
This limited warranty lasts for a period of ONE (1) year against cracking, general breaking off or decoloring from the date of delivery of the furniture.
What is Not Covered & Disclaimers
This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of abusive handling in freight/shipping, normal wear and tear (including dents and scratches over service time, foot glides, space bumpers, wrapping material on bar stool footrests which is designed to extend usage life and not as a permeant part of furniture). Finish failure from indoor pool or seaside use, or place within reach of working sprinklers, or caused by neglecting to provide reasonable and necessary care, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, etc.
Claims of defective products must be filed within 10 days of receiving in writing, with pictures or documentary proof.
Even though all PDC steel frames are E-coated and double powder coated well beyond industry standard, rusting can not be blindly avoided as all steel frames will rust overtime and can be developed from the tiniest scratch or crevices, especially in humid, warm and salty outdoor air. Small amounts of rust seepage may appear when used outdoors, mainly in the joints and crevices. See below for care and maintenance for best practices.
This warranty is valid only in the 50 United States and Canada. This warranty is in lieu of any implied or other expressed warranties.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
What Paulduan Creations Will Do
If within the Warranty Period, your furniture fails structurally Paulduan Creations will, at our option, repair or replace the frame or the part of the furniture in the original color and style. In the event that a frame or wicker color is discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the defective frame in a similar style or color at our option. We will cover delivery charges related to warranty claims for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, the buying party will incur all shipping or delivery charges related to warranty claims.

Any claim under this warranty should be initiated within the Warranty Period by contacting one of the following: any authorized Paulduan Creations dealer or sales personnel, or the retail platform from which the original purchase was made.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
For frames and finishes
Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean with warm, soapy water and allow a complete dry. Damage to the paint finish may cause corrosion, touch up with paint immediately. To maintain the gloss on non-textured finishes, protect with a fine automotive wax.
Insect Repellents and Suntan Lotion
The finish on Paulduan Creations furniture is formulated and baked on to make it highly resistant to repellents and lotions. However, to avoid discoloration, clean metal parts of these products frequently.
How to avoid finish damage and rusting for steel frames
Avoid hard contacts with other hard or sharp objects to allow small scratches to develop: Try to avoid frequent stacking. Do not lean chair forward against metal table edges. Do not chain chairs and tables with naked metal chains that will scratch the finish. Do not put furniture near working sprinklers. The more above is inevitable, the more we will suggest to chose aluminum frame designs. Proper care and periodical inspection is strongly recommended. When small amount of rust is observed, simply apply sanding and anti-rust sprays for extended protection. Sand blast and re-powder coating is suggested to be considered every 3-5 years depending on the nature and status of the furniture to protect your investment.
For wicker
Cleaning & Maintenance
For best results, clean regularly with mild detergent and warm water. Cleaning will help prevent mildew by washing out dirt particles that may become trapped. Shake out excess moisture after rinsing and allow to dry thoroughly before storing.
Removing Stains and Mildew
Clean with a solution of warm water, mild laundry detergent, and chlorine bleach (no more than 1/4 cup per three gallons of water) and allow a complete dry. Never use a solvent-type solution.
Insect Repellents and Suntan Lotion
The use of insect repellents and suntan lotion is not recommended. Insect repellents and suntan lotions can reduce the life of HDPE, accelerate fading and stain fabrics. To avoid damage, wipe clean with mild laundry detergent and warm water.
